Both groups take part in an intensive internal training program and in external courses where needed. This ensures that OutCom’s advisors always have the skills and knowledge necessary to work as professional advisors for our clients.
The training programs are led by the experienced senior staff at OutCom, through WeberShandwick’s training program or through external coaches.
